Digital technologies penetrate our everyday life visibly and invisibly, shaping our understanding of reality as well as communication behaviour and revolutionizing the organization of production and work processes. Exploring the innovative potentials and practical consequences of digitization and algorithmization for value-added and business processes and enriching them with new ideas is an important goal of the CSTI laboratory. Using an interdisciplinary canon of methods (including Lifelong Kindergarten, Design Thinking, Design Fiction, Critical Design), we offer a wide range of formats tailored to individual questions such as workshops, hackathons, lectures, research projects, and seminars.
In the following you will find an overview of our previous efforts, in which we are involved in MINT promotion and educational work, as well as offering companies and organisations methodologically and technologically sound expertise and an interface to cooperative research projects.
